When Naomi from superdump supervillian blogspot contacted me because she was in love with our Pirates and Mermaids bedding and accessories! She was wondering if we would be interested in her doing a review of our products on her blog to share her find with her readers! Of course we agreed to send her a placemat for her daughter Roo (mermaids) and a Robot placemat for her son Jasper. I didn't get to ask her how she decided to name her blog. What's in a Name? Everything!

It identifies who we are, some babies get named after someone in their family to carry on a name. Others get their names from an actor or actress that their parents loved, their favorite musician, a song or a name they heard and liked.

My brother and his wife wanted all of their kids names to start with the letter T (to be honest I think it was mostly my sister-in-law but anyway) so she started with Traeger, then added Taegon... then came Tarif ...and last but not least is little Tauno. We learned something new when Mom in the Know- Heather reviewed our Mermaids Plush Pillow! Not only does it look great, feel nice and soft, matches our Mermaid Girls Bedding and it's also very good for sitting on!

Our Personalized Floor Pillows was reviewed by 3 people, a day care provider who brought it to her daycare and then had her grandson use it; and two other parents with young kids.

What they loved most was the fact that it was washable; it could be used on the couch, as a pillow in their bed and it was very easy for them to carry from place to place! Not to mention it could have their name on it which would help them learn how to spell their name and siblings would always be able to tell what one belonged to them! No more he /she has my ....!

Olive Kids…He Likes It, He Really Likes It

Why: I’ve held on to my favorite Sesame Street bedding from my childhood, and I take it out every so often to reminisce about the good old days. When we got the Trains, Planes and Trucks bedding from Olive Kids for my kiddo, that look on his face told me that this would be his “Sesame Street.”

I wouldn’t say the set is particularly hip or trendy, but that’s just fine with my kid. He loves how it’s colorful, fun and full of everything he loves the most—airplanes, fire trucks, trains, tractors and cement mixers. I like how the sheets are soft and hold up against the wash, and, of course, I’m happy that he’s happy.
